ASA National members now have access to state and federal labor law posters. This benefit simplifies the task of locating the necessary information employers are legally mandated to post in the workplace. Instead of contacting various government agencies, members may contact ASA as their one-stop source for this information.
ASA offers a 27" x 39" laminated poster containing all of the state, federal and OSHA postings required in the workplace. Some posters can be ordered in English or Spanish.
PLEASE NOTE: The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) of 2008, which was signed into law on May 21, 2008, went into effect on Nov. 21, 2009. The act is intended to prevent employers from discriminating against individuals based on genetic tests and information. This update poster includes all the recently published GINA information that must be displayed by all covered employers with 15 or more employees, certain public sector employers, and employment agencies and labor organizations.
Please call the ASA membership department at (800) 272-7467, ext. 295 for further information.
