Important Ordering Information:

1. Member Number

Please use your ASA member number when placing an order. Your number appears on the label of any mailing sent to you by ASA, on the label of AutoInc. magazine or in the lower left corner of your statement. It's also on your ASA membership card. Using your member number helps us process your order quickly.

2. Payment

Only prepaid orders will be accepted. You can make your payment through our secure online ordering system with your credit card, or you may send a check or your credit card information to ASA. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Please include the expiration date and verification number (three or four digits found on back of card (usually) or on front (AMEX)) with all credit card orders. Credit card orders sent without the appropriate information will not be processed. COD orders are not accepted. Orders mailed to ASA with a check will not be processed until payment is received.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs for the United States are included in the product price. ASA ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) and first-class U.S. Postal Service (USPS). All orders must be shipped to a street address; no post office box addresses can be accepted.

For international orders, including Canada and Mexico, a shipping charge of 25 percent of your total order is automatically added. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.

Rush orders to domestic (U.S.) addresses are accepted for in-stock items:

• UPS Next Day Air: $40
• UPS Second Day Air: $20

5. Returns

No refunds will be given without prior authorization. We are sorry but we cannot issue refunds for customized items.

All refunds will be issued in the form of a check.

6. Prices
